"Fantastic large and newly decorated en-suite room awaited us with a lovely outside patio area which was a bonus. Excellent cooked breakfast served in a nice modern dining room overlooking gardens. This is a very high quality B&B and they pay attention to the small details from the qualify of bacon at breakfast right through to the nice toilet paper. Excellent choice and will definately go back!"

At the end of our holiday, we did a little quiz and gave each of the 5 B&B's we visited a score for several items.
Items being breakfast, bed, bathroom, decoration of rooms, reception at arrival, information/tips given by B&B, location/surroundings, easiness of reaching/finding B&B, extra's, ratio price/quality.
And I have the honnour to tell you that the B&B I reserved won the first price!
Besides the very nice rooms with all new furniture (incl. your breakfast room), the 2 things that your B&B had extra (and were really
appreciated) were the nice terracce and the freshly baked croissant + croissant with chocolate.
2 points you can note down for slight improvement is a hairdryer (I didn't notice, but Annemie thought there were no hairdryers present in the rooms) and directions to find your B&B (we both (the car and the
motocycles) used a navigator GPS to find your B&B, but it lead us to the street called Balmaha Rd in the centre of town (close to "The square"
and Brown's restaurant), maybe you can place a sign at the end of this street, where you have to turn right to go to Bramblewood?)

John and Rosemary were so helpful. John took us into town for dinner and then checked on us at the pub later, despite having just in injured his ankle and wanting to return to see the end of the Celtics match! In the AM Rosemary dropped us off at the WHW where we left off the day before. Of course the breakfast and accommadations were lovely. The bed was the best we slept in during our 2 week trip.

This is "the" place to stay if visiting Loch Lomond. The décor, level of comfort, attention to detail, lovely bedroom and shower room, stylish dining room, excellent breakfast, not to mention the warm welcome, all place Bramblewood in the boutique hotel league. A 5 star rating is deserved.

Me and my bf loved our stay here. We had the room with the balcony which was lovely. Jon and Rosemary were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have had! They even went the extra mile on valentines day and we had a glass of bubbly with breakfast which was lovely. We will come back again it felt more like a posh hotel then a B&B!

what a fab place an fab surroundings,thoroughly enjoyed our stay,john and rosemary were so friendly an so helpful nothing was too much trouble i even asked them at 7 oclock at night to get me some flowers an champagne for me wifes 30th an they provided it,the room we stayed in was excellent,the breakfasts well what can i say other than mmmmmmmm they were fantastic an really set you up for the day,will defo be goin in the summer season when we think it will be just magical in sunshine we was sad we was comin home but very much lookin forward to our next time stayin there thanks again john an rosemary see you soon x x x x x x x x x x

This B&B was great. We stayed there in May 09 as we were walking through the West Highland Way.
This was a great rest after a first day of walking and discovering Scotland!
And the breakfasts were awsome!
The Scrambled Egg and Smoked Salmon is a delight.

What can we say!. Excellent B & B and cannot recommend the Bramblewood highly enough. Rosemary and John were 2 of the nicest people you are likely to meet. The room was of a very high standard with the added bonus of the balcony. As for the breakfast well that was just amazing( black pudding was superb). Overall this is a must stay B & B and we will certainly be going back for many years to come
