In order for a room to be confirmed, the following T&Cs must be accepted.

1) £10 per person/per night non refundable deposit required at time of booking.
2) Identification required on arrival.
3) Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking.
4) 7 days notice will be required in writing to cancel. Failure to do so will result in the full amount for the first day of the booking being charged.
5) Credit card transactions - £3 per booking due to high bank charges.
